10.) Back to work. The
lower lip is applied with a light dusting of zinc oxide followed
by Telesis 5 Adhesive.

Bald cap application
with “Beta-Bond”, the adhesive favored
by brothers, 2
to 1 in clinical trials -
won’t cause drowsiness.

5.) With the cap blended,
the foam latex cowl is powdered and gently forced overBob’s waiting melon.

Foam muzzle is in
position for gluing.

Checking position on facial pieces. Everything lines
up.
14.)
Blending is almost
complete. Edges are treated with a light Beta Bond stipple by red
sponge.
7.)
The techno-beanie is
firmly kept in place by muslin strips on four sides and applied
with Telesis Adhesive.Wiring runs down the back interior to a power pack to
activate miniature lights.
15.)
Either a Pax color wash
is being stippled to blend edges or it’s Kool-aid time!
8.)
Blending cowl and
android brain together.
16.)
Assorted Skin
Illustrator palette colors are applied with a “distressed”
brush in apointillistic fashion.
